We warranty all handle attachments and Big Kid BOSS Blocks 100%.  Should you break an acrylic block due to dropping it or using excessive force, all returning customers are welcome to buy single replacement blocks here:

We know our products are awesome but should you have any issues or concerns, please email pictures and a description of the problem to Customerservice@BKBlocks.com where we will be happy to work with you to handle any refunds, exchanges or replacements!
